Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Each candle is hand-poured and prepared with care, so we appreciate your patience as we ready your ritual.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Rates are calculated based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available for qualifying orders—please check current promotions.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, please contact us directly—we’re happy to explore options.

Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times vary by location and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your candle. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Returns for other reasons are accepted within 14 days, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable method for peace of mind.
